• Items must be in new, unused, and original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Mattress protectors, pillows, and bedding must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Return Process

• We will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
• Please include the RMA number with your returned package.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
